Hello, I have a bmw e36 1.8 with the ecu to be replaced. Mount a Bosch me 5.2,0261204173. I'm about to order a ecu used, and I would like to know what to do with the immobilizer, it is also good a scodifica total, or if ? possible to transplant something from the old unit. Thanks to all.
hello,if the unit that you ordered, and the same to yours as a HW you can invert the memories,if I'm not mistaken l immo find it in the flasks 29f200!!

On ebay I'm finding the ecu the same as my ip? form ews and keys, should I so?, and I do not make any modification right?

exactly... of the keys if ? possible, you should use only the transponder
same problem I had with mine, and put it in the bike you need the tt kit, ews , key cylinder , key and ecu aligned with the key code, but do not leave? never, not scodifica control box
Then buy the kit and I quiet? Better cos?, then I would try to transfer the 29f200 and see if it works.
the mountains are a m42b18 oppuere a m44b19? I had your problem and they came out crazy x 6 months with tests with thousands of coaches, the way pi? simple and take the kit ews and its components , align everything and PUT them ON the BIKE =)

In the end I ordered the ecu pi? form ews, ignition and keys, pi? diagnosis inpa in case you need an alignment, hopefully good.
