Solution hardware failure galletto v2 ver 52 3 led

Hello all , I am writing to you because I wanted to share with you the result of the hardware change to the ' s motherboard del galletto v2 ver 52 three-led!!!!
thanks to give me directions from the forum I managed to make it perfectly compatible with all the cars in l,the interface indicated

unlike what is required by the change complete to check the layout advised ...that is

1) replacement no. 2 integrated MC34063
2) replacement 1 capacitor, the first in the upper left 470 microfarad 35 v
3) replacement 1 capacitor 35 v 330 microfarad
4) replacement 1 capacitor 100 microfarad 35 v
5) replacement 1 smd resistor 470 ohm 1 res smd 1,5 kohm 1 smd res 270 ohm 1 res 1 khom more than 1 res 3,9 k
6) replacement of the resonator, 3-pin, with quartz metal 16 mhz
7) replacement of the integrated 14-pin st hec 40106b with integrated 14-pin philips hef40106bt
8) filter epcos b827905513n
9) filter TDK ZIY-2P
10) RES smd 120 ohm

in reality, the components of the mobo was already compatible with many of the pieces in the list
perhaps the fact that I proceeded to step by step

I changed then the resistors smd all those in serievicino to the relay and one knows 3,9 k present near the mc34063 already present
after this first step still does not read the delphi....but, the value in volts of the battery and the past, 11,2 -(insufficient) to 12.7 fixed!!!!!

this stability has allowed me to have a read error when trying to read the map!!!!!
it was already a big result as the first seemed to read but then don't create the file gave error!!!
then I realized that the integrated hec40106b theun st microeletronics was not suitable to carry out in a proper way
the management of the poll up power supply (dialogue) due to the presence of a resonator is very economical to place
a quartz quality with mobile metal (degree of precision high)

result..!!!!!! stable, fast, reliable reads and writes correctly with autochksum


drive, try the chevrolet captiva 1.9 read and write to an average of 12 min

ford focus tdci 115 hp delphi in the year 2002 read and write to an average of 18 min

audi a4 1.9 tdi reading written 12 min

tricore bdm without antituning read and written in 2 minutes (whole)

I still want to try the other drive as the simos and other...,if I can I know or do I do
with the next step!!!

hi Abarth, I have already? made a few months ago these changes, putting into practice the council of Mbena, and for now it seems that have had a positive outcome.
I changed only some of the components; I have bought someone in the pi?, if you need it, give me a whistle.
Sar? happy to help (within the limits of the possible)

Hi, I am new to the forum, I have read this discussion and I know that st? in the right place let me explain: I have a galletto 2 v52 that I reads from and writes to a serial port on some machines, the old type mercedes a-class 170 cdi "168",bmw 320d edc15,citroen xsara picasso 2000 hdi of the year 2002,for? if I try to read the machines pi? new point 1300 mjt I read some of the other no,I tried a honda accord 2200 control unit, bosch is not the law,someone can advise me what to do and if I have to I also make these changes you mentioned thank you in advance
