But for example, all of the seat leon y toledo II, are repogramabile, including any 1999, but the seat ibiza and cordoba, or trovatte some of any 2002 (2000 and 2001 safe) with the old edc15 (MSA), with two plcc.

in that case you have to unsolder.

You know...was wondering if you knew if it already from the 98 you could do the early models without desoldering..***** s, if not the law, you have to open up and desolder right?

lately I've done a golf tdi 90cv 98 with edc15v from serial...read and written...actually to be precise I have also nailed the ecu and pin then the recovery safely.....
the ones on which you must unsolder s me? that is not the edc15v but the msa15 that all of the other ecu....

no...most are msa15...some mounts also edc15vm.....
