The EGR is still open, warm start is fixed, but in an exaggerated fashion (have you done it with carsoft or time?). In this way, the car smokes a lot at start-up.
For the map, for the little that I understand, I, pressure and limit turbo too high, and the same for torque limiters.

egr closed , warm start is done well but I don't know what you need , to have a warm start??? 0DFDC6 x 3 put them ori. the map after and important, lim turbo nn touched and the turbo pressure 90mb and shortly. anyway you can try it even so , you say as it is doing.
