then enter in your reply an attachment (compress with winrar),screen etc you will need to select the bottom right mode advanced,then in the lower left, select the attachment manager,you will open a new page and select in the top right of the add files,then select the file, and at this point look for the file inside your pc,then once selected apparira'in a page and you have to select upload file,wait for it to load and click on the lower right on the fact at this point sent the response, and the attachment is inserted.
