    hello
depends on what you need to do
    27c020 are 256kb
    29f010 are from 128kb

so if you have to use the 27c020 instead of the 29f010 you are compatible, but you have to duplicate the file of the 29f010
if you need to use the 29f010 instead of 27c020 you can't do it.

Thanks for the clarification. But what do you mean practically for "duplicate"?
The 27c020 ? a memory erasable and rewritable electrically? How many rounds can you do? The strange thing that I have seen on a golf already? mapped with the eprm 29f010 and looking at the comparative tables, instead, would need a 27c020!
Do you have any table that makes you understand the comparison between the various eprom and etc?

    Thanks, so in summary:
In the table that I have seen I should be a 27c020 and non-010...
I'm sorry, and ones that are compatible with 27c020 645SF / Golf?
    To summarize:
    the 27c010 can be replaced with 27f010 / 27F020 with 28F010 / 28f020 or with 29F010 - 29f020, Right?
    the 27c020 can be replaced with 27f020 - 28f020 - 29f020 and just?
The table of the datashet in eng where can I find it?
    Happy new Year to all!

on the website http://www.datasheetcatalog.net/it/ how do you see also the correspondence with the flash eprom (eprom erasable and electrically reprogrammable)?

The 29f010 ? a flash memory (rewritable), while the 27c020 it wants us to be the appropriate tool in addition, the 29f010 in general ? SMD while the 27c020 ? DIP they are two different types are not compatible.

I know that then I get it wrong (pg.28 of the guide found on the web which I am attaching) why? it seems to me that it is different...you could give me explanations?
If I'm not mistaken the 27c020 you clear with uv and rewritten with the programmer, right?
Thanks for the info what will you give me

the 27c020 ? 2Mbit while the 29f010 ? 1Mbit and put a file inside the 27c020 you should double the file. Important that they are all 2-socket, PLCC, 32-pin. With ECM2001 or another, you can transform the file from 1Mbit to 2Mbit.
