Monday will try with another ecu and see how it goes..

with what sw did you updated the flash, if fiat has released an update for that fault, you need to put the sw in otherwise not resolve.

I have a friend in a fiat dealership which is authorized and I did update directly from him.. But he continues with the same defect

if I were you I would lose the ECU and I focus on the mechanics.
Made a nice diagnosis with the LOG in motion until hot and see what comes out.

I followed your advice and unfortunately, this does not returns me any error.. tomorrow I will put all of the ground wiring, I suspect some broken wire..

I have not spoken to error diagnosis, but the diagnosis values. Boh, maybe you did, and badly described, but, and I say so for the sake of completeness, with a total log you can see what more than you aspects of the ECU in the map startup.
I don't know if you're machine has the map or not so I can only recommended to edit the map (ori or mod that is) down to the laps concerned or to update any SW. It often happens that the release of the first release have bugs (as in all of the SW of the world).
