Hello guys, then, riesumo this discussion for updates...
Currently the machine runs for two weeks with the DPF OFF using Volta and the exclusion of the EGR...
In the meantime, I am studying and trying to prepare a decent map (which I'm attaching the latest version),

I have it set up from the pedal and limiters a request of 440Nm at 2500Rpm with a Boost of 2715mBar and a Rail of 1670Bar.
At this point, I wanted to fix the map converting Nm/IQ maps IQ, Lambda, and possibly the SOI in a second time, but as I already said, I would like an opinion from the more experienced than me to understand if I am interpreted in the correct way this ECU.

Hello Franco, as far as the EGR, I tried with Once but was wrong...
7500, it could actually be...

0D5BB0-0D5DF4 should be the maps of the SOI and not the LAMBDA as I had written a little while ago....

New update:
with regard to the egr was not the problem, the closure in the map! the mechanical dodger who is engaged to replace the dpf with downpipe, also had to plug off the egr, and instead he detached the tube that is connected to an overboost... when I realized I wanted to swim in the pool!
Anyway, today I loaded the map... the machine behaves quite well... as soon as I'll be eviscerated for this ecu I'll make the arrangements for a new step

oh I forgot, this car need more serious enough on the maps in the rail as already ori the press rail effective differs quite a bit from that objective, then if you touch the time (increasing of course), this difference is accentuated even more is, you'll never have the beautiful performance...
attentive to the turbine if your car uses a mitsubishi not to exceed the 1.7 bar...otherwise you will start to hear it whistle at idle after a pull...in the end this car feel much changes on the suction and discharge...

unfortunately I can not download anything from the forum for reasons unknown to me...I don't even have a file with your own codes, otherwise a hand you gave them willingly to find all the maps and limiters...these ecu know them well enough and the engine m47 (with a few modifications must be davvro strong...but remember that many are limited to 230 km/h...
unfortunately, I can't even post a file with codes similar to yours where you can "copy the maps" because the file bmw are very different between them...

Hi Munro, I am glad to receive your response, I have always followed with interest your discussions....

As far as the limiters of speed, the quiet brought both to 299...
The rail and the injection timing I have them increased, but there are gone down heavy... Ditto for the turbo...
The machine in question already has 140k km, in fact, we decided first to deliver the mechanics to the new stresses, and in a second time, new clutch, intercooler, of the 530 and the map step2...
As regards the mechanics I have already modified the airbox, installed intake filter cotton and changed all the exhaust...

I'm sorry that you can't download, but alleghero' anyway, the map loaded into the ecu...

unfortunately, and sorry if I repeat myself, I can't download anything so I can't give you confirmation of everything..but judging by the number and by the address maps in the sequence you have already managed to find nearly all of you are missing the single-bit rail limiter single bit boost limiter(in reality it is only one), some single-bit torque limiter and iq limiter, and then you pretty much see everything....
your car is fitted with the swirl true? find the map and azzarala as on the mjet fiat, the engine will thank you for it..
if you then delete physically the swirl from the manifold the engine can't make more that giovarne..
