    Hi,
    I take this discussion to ask for help regarding the modification of the map of my ducato 2.8 127, I state that I absolutely fast tuning and these days I've tried to understand the functioning of ecm2001 by evidence of modification of a file golds that I found on the net with the only purpose to understand how to do it.
    At this point, I wanted to ask you advice on which type of changes I need to do to achieve this: I want to increase the torque at low rpm, say from 1100 to 2300 rpm, without increasing torque and horsepower at rpm more? high as not to pull the engine apart from these schemes (we are talking about a camper).
    Reading the various posts and, in particular, SandroMarciano I understand that I must intervene on the map torque limiters and map the accelerator, but I recommended to touch up all the values of a fixed percentage, es20% or an increase of 20 let's say from 1100 to 1700 and then going to climb to get to zero% to 2300?

    I made a first test by changing only the pedal and torque limiters, who is giving me a hand?

    At this point I don't know if you are interested in someone, however, this morning I loaded the first map on the duchy, and after the road test I've made some changes, bringing the deal? diesel fuel is injected at about 80 mm3 perch? the performance increase was really too small, now it seems to me that already? better, the engine starts well already? 50 per hour in the fifth without jerking or vibrations, and I don't see smoke at the exhaust, at the moment I'm quite satisfied even if you have to percorere many more? km to get a clear idea, also I want to measure power consumption for veriicare that there is a worsening.

    The fuel consumption is increased and I can not explain the why?, I have been on a journey of 480 km, of which 430 highway speed? constant of 100 km / h by setting the cruise, at the end, the real consumption ? result of 8.7 km litre, as against the 9.5 that runs through the map ori in identical conditions.
    I do not explain this difference since the amount? of fuel to be injected in to go to 100 then ? definitely the same as before, if the difference had been on a mixed route I would have understood more? but cos? no. At this point, I ask who has already? made pi? tests me for what ? the sense of this thing, considering that I have acted only on the torque limiter, driver and wish are two maps that only affect the amount? diesel and not on advances...... And the intervention does not lead certainly to lengthen the time of injection, since that speed? the quantity? fuel injected ? certainly much lower than the maximum of the map ori.....
    I would just like to understand.....
    What is going on?
