contains dicloropropano and is called Trielax, the smell ? similar , I also use it to dissolve the para and it goes very well, it does in the same way as the old grease stain remover...then they are equal

As soon as I can place the chip that I hand welded. However, the important things are:
-clean the 2 surfaces (Chip to base)
-center the component and solder at least 2 pin (the extreme ones)
-start soldering all the pins by heating 2 parts and add after the pond (wrapped for welding nasty use the balls of the pond that I use for the reballing)
-in the case of the union of the 2-pin the braid, taking care to get the soldering iron hot and the braid clean.
nobody uses the flux? I balance the flash k ? a wonder... and you ponteggia nothing... everything is always clean....
Thanks for posting your method, I pi? or less I do so? ! What brand of flux and braid do you use ??
Flux I can't remember the brands, but one ? Polish always "no-clean" and the other ? Amtech, while the braid one of those "by RS" that I use to work up given also the price of about €5, while the other ? of unknown brand, and I bought 10 to €15.
amtech for the flux... I am fine ... for the braid instead of a socket on ebay... 1.20€ each... up to now no problems
I'm noticing that the flux amtech ? well known and used. To my colleague and I find it very good.
To those who happen not to be able to dissolve the pond in the ecu isuzu? There are 2 pins of the connector 2 of the condenser, and a few of the mosfet ec seems that they are welded with another type of pond. Among other things, are always the same to give this problem
and may be silver? or in gold? type the ecu abs teves of a few years ago had the pin in gold and silver, and with the tin, not the saldavi not even with a calendar in hand
