For the intake manifold I also think the best solution is the removal and physical removal of bituminous material that is ? formed in the course of thousand Km. With regard to the injection system (diesel) I have always been limited to the use of products to put in the tank with good results.

Once I used them too , but now I do a nice cleaning . Sincerely, some products still use them and it seems to work, at least.... I'm talking about products for the cleaning of the gas injectors, I have done 2 cars they seem to go well yet.
The ones for the intake manifold also no do not do just what they say.
