Hi, I attack in this discussion to describe my situation.
Drive 150 150hp jtdm q-tronic, purchased in km.0 and since the first km. showed occasional vibration between 70 and 80 km/h.....the dealer burned me 2 years of warranty, making me believe it was the fault of the EGR....but from 2 weeks I deleted the EGR and DPF gaining a greater recovery and losing in consumption :-) but that damn vibration ir? accentuated cold ? remained. The injectors for both hot and cold are within the range of correction +-30 about all 4, I tried to clean the turbo pressure sensor in place next to the egr but I have not solved anything.....then today I tried to clean the sensor rail pressure placed on the flute....and I have to admit that the situation ? improved a lot. After it's out of me ? out of the diesel from the flute ? normal? After you returned the car ? the game immediately...but after 2 tests and pressing the accelerator ? normal? Now runs better.....can I then assume that the problem is in the sensor, rail pressure?

    Thanks 1000

certainly that ? normal is that usce diesel is that we put a p? starting...you must fill in the circuit ? autospurgante. Anyway, I appreciate the courage to disassemble it and look for the catch without knowing precisely how it works this injection

For the defect you say ? a vibration occasionally, but to understand ? a traballamento or hesitation why? to me the word vibration, I think the effect of a flywheel shaky or joints, those on the gearbox side(defect fairly well-known workshops alfa romeo) given that only manifests itself at a certain speed?...

Thanks..also for the courage :-) hihi. Anyway. Premising that after the cleaning the problem is reduced to...say that it is a ****llo joints on the gearbox side or the axle shaft of the saw:
    1'. I mount the q-tronic
2'. When you predenta the vibration...semettevo in N neutral the vibration disappeared.
Thanks 1000 for your help....I turned to mechanics who sincerely try to take you for a ride... :-(

And not always in the same way...with a cold engine, more pronounced..the engine is warm, less marked, or sometimes even feels. Perhaps the potentiometer of the throttle? Boh.....cmq. tonight I used it and the vibration was practically minimum.. .

I also did a further test as consigliatomi from pompista...... while on the 75km/h and feel the vibration if I put the gear in the "N" neutral the vibration disappears. It is due to the engine then? The exchange has no problems....goes perfectly!

    Thanks 1000
