this evening I wanted to update the fw of my kess v2 from 3.099 to 4.036 with jlink. the procedure does not returned me errors, but when I go to read on their computers are the info I see that the serial has changed but the version of fw is always 3.099.
we kindly ask you if can you help me to find the complete package of update to 4.036 since I'm not sure you have installed the 4.036 but another 3.099.

You have written the fw 4.036. But the procedure does not end with writing the fw and stop.
You will need to update protocols from their computers 2.11 DE or not you will rise, ever, correctly the fw 4.036.
