It depends on the v54 speak. I have the eu version and it works without changing the date on win64, just run it in compatibility? xp and as administrator. The soft included ? the end of 2012 is the same as that found on the v53 china.
from what I understand around the foreign forum, the v54 china would be a v53 which have fixed the compatibility? with the new OS, and the history of the date.
