I admit I was a little confused, then I have to restart from****..
I could try to do some diagnosis with the engine on...
Multiecuscan could do in my case?

check the egr and especially in the condition of the intake manifold where you put the egr....
on those car due to the fact that the egr tube ? very big in relation to the inlet manifold tends to get dirty a lot and to clog quickly not letting enough air...for which the black smoke...

Also, check through the diagnosis fixes inj if they fall within the limits, egr, was the mass air flow sensor, pressure sensor, air...and let us know
