Sorry guys a question, but to participate in the forum, having regard to council regulation I have to post a comment to the event to make me ban, having told only of the crap or I did not understand the rules?

I'm sorry, the forum is made of both comments-aid-questions and attachments so I don't understand the reason of not being able to participate without having to download and up load you can do it,if you think you can participate without download you are welcome, otherwise it leaves lose evidently, the purpose is anything but.
