BDM or Background Debug Mode ?, to put it in terms of pennies, the communication protocol that allows to read and write all (or almost, depending on the ecu), the salient parts of the controller, i.e. microprocessor, flash memory and memory e2p. All ? possible by connecting a dedicated tool, precisely BDM, of the pitches on the plate, and electronic control unit. So you have to physiologically open the same.

thanks ross bdm I know things but I meant to say if the centrallina you had to remove physically but already you have been clear with your answer, and I wanted to know kindly because some of the scriptures you have to cut? and as you do with mpps and bdm and magpro? and the cars that you must apply this job, what are they? thanks
Cut the file from 2 to 1 mega is only used to be able to write with mpps on the 1.3 mjet 75 and 90 hp engine. To cut the file, you can use the ecm, by clicking on "tools" -> "conversion" > "cut/paste files" and then in the box, "the end" put 1fffff.

Only with mpps and only for that type of unit.
