    great for the best,unfortunately, when one ingorante in the raw material should cpire what it does, and then possibly give the blame to a third party,I often find myself in this situation with customers who know not what they do or do not follow my instructions and then give you the fault resistance other then resolves around with a lot of excuses with santeam viewer.
