On the cars of the Fiat group, when the odometer is flashing it means that some component is not ? aligned with the CAN system of the car. With multiecuscan you can do the alignment, important ? have a version of the elm327 at least 1.3, and the various adapters

the alignment has to be done to the car radio original radio is not official.
To me it happens in my Grandepunto that occasionally km start flashing and it lasts for quite a while, then returns to normal, but note that this is often what could it be?
you should check with the diagnosis what ? aligned and what's not ?...
Any interface that does not ? aligned to the can bus of the car.
Usually may be the car, the odometer, the airbag control unit, climatronic, if it has one.
According to me c'? a difference of reading of the signal. I tried to make the alignment of the framework and the airbag control unit but nothing.
I think that the framework does not arrive the signal as perhaps is read from two different places... e.g. the old wiring was reading about the drivers, instead of the new currency, or vice versa...I don't know if I have explained?
