obviously depends on the engine.. there are motors with stock heads and plasterboard (so to speak, of course) that is just a little and you crepano, however, die hard.. for example the tested alfa 147.. from the 115 120 150 hp are specular and are very lowresistence.. while those of the 140cv are beastly!
for proper mechanical operation, the advice is always to stay a cleat below the maximum engine speed.. then of course money is yours, you do what you want!

Guys we don't talk about mechanics
    I'm talking about electronics... in my case for a Seat Leon Cupra R 1.8 T 20v 225cv BAM ME7.5.

The machine the original is 6800giri ... if you load the original file in the ecm to me is the driver...rpm maximum 6000 (then already something strange here there').
Now... I'm turning 8500giri... how do I tell the ECM to get above the 6000giri?

Also, comparing the ori to the mod... in 2d you can see the differences but in both tabular arrive anyway to 6000...
I am new to this world and I'm trying to understand something

When a BP reaches a maximum of 6000rpm, up to 7000rpm, the values are defined by the last point. So, for example, the turbo 1.6 bar at 6000rpm.. At 7000rpm unless limiters have the prx 1.6 constant.
    This applies to all maps.

it also depends on chev maps you're looking at.
even if the motor is spinning at 7000, it is not necessary that all maps come to 7000, it depends on what maps are and which sensors you have.
certainly there must be a few that get at least 7000.
    look it up.

    Thanks guys for the explanations

I have to say always that I am a neophyte in the matter, then any question may seem stupid, or that he insists in the topic...but it's only to understand better and know more' in the bottom of the matter

...then at the end you can change the bp in the original maps then the driver of the ECM?

The driver does not mean anything.. they give You an index of the maps but not all from the goods nomenş in malomodo (see edc15)..
All and I mean all the BP (x and y axis) can be modified to give/take more or less of the defaulta regime of increase established in the BP.

No drivers ecm is not them you can change, and if you do not have the actual conversion factors of the axes you shoot random numbers as in the famous "load " ranging from 0 to 100, but in fact are values that are completely different from one map to the other. In other words, if you want to really know what you have in the maps, you need to have a damos "good " to be opened with winols

Then start slowly letting the ecm...and start using another with damos because more precise? (although more complex)

ECM is a good tool, I recommend that you learn to use it, and by comparing the various maps, he begins to recognize them in 2d
