    Alfa 159 mapped and problems to a minimum.

    Hi, few days ago I made a map and defappizzare my alfa 159 150 hp (152cv on the bench)
    The coach, very smart in my opinion, ? managed to get out almost 30cv in more than the original, and 51nm of torque.
    The problem for? ? this, on the tour taxis a wonder without any problem and damage while on the road after a nice pull and a stop at the traffic light, after about 20-30 seconds the car goes into recovery without any warnings. Off on again and again like a bolt of lightning.
    Under-diagnosis error P0091 fuel Pressure regulator (inlet of the high pressure pump) Signal is not valid.
    In the end I had to settle for a map and more soft with the 15cv in pi (167 about)
    Anyway, before this I had tried an additional control unit that gave the early error P0090 error sensor rail pressure, at which point I replaced the sensor with one more new alfa gt with less than 50,000 km. The piece differs only on attack of the plug that you link above, but to the side.
    when I changed it, the car has taken place and shot......I remounted for curiosity? the additional control unit and...tadaaaaaaa error P0091 and not more p0090.
    Well improvement?!?!?!?!?!?! I don't know.....
    the fact is that even at the minimum pressure increase, if schiacciavo the gas pedal at low speeds, from 3? then, as soon as more than 2900 rpm, the car went into recovery, with a resulting error, and the car that was not more.
    Anyway, I noticed that if I took the car in those regimes tramquillo without sinking too eper then crush to the fund after the 3000....no damage......
    Can???? I don't know

    But with the original map and without the additional control unit gave you problems?
    Now with the map pi? quiet you still have problems?

    Absolutely not, without the ecu everything is ok, with the map quiet, everything is ok! This map will have lowered the pressure of the rail to avoid the error.
    Anyway, I was also told that as soon as I fix it I reload the other map for free.
    Anyway, with the ecu, I feel that giving a little gas and increase the rpm from idle up, on the move, c'? as a boost at 2900 rpm and according to me ? to that error.
    anyway, I don't understand it I do for him, how is it possible that the map is pulled, does not give the error in the movement, but after you have stopped.

    difficult to help/advise without looking at the map....
    if the car with the map ori has no defect, and with the map is that, logically, the problem lies in the latter....
    defapizzando then with some program good part of the table dtc and the relevant error codes are disabled for this don't you d? no error....
    A rider does not create queues even in the car...
    a automoblista create queues even on a motorcycle...

    I don't think seen that with an add-on module by error, at the end I thought of 3 things:
    -the pump does not manage to reach a certain pressure (c'? a new application for your case)
    -pump low does not have enough pressure (dirty tank?????)
    -The sensor of the gt is not good for the 159?
    with the module just below 3000 rpm, crushing the whole beer is in recovery.
    Before replacing the sensor P0090, after replacing P0091
    I would like to try a pompista both the high and low pressure, but ahim? here in tuscany are quite demanding in terms of issuance of invoice.
    Not speaking, in the case of the pump, to review it start from 350€+ test bank + manod'the work of the assembly, while in the south with 100/150 you sell regenerated without a pressure regulator.
    Pero it seems strange that just after the 2900 rpm if I push a book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I had the same problem with a bravo 2.0 jtd just mapped, it gave me the same error and the cause ? the pump of the high pressure, you have damaged valves inside

    I was in the south with 200/250€ me the caverei assembly including....here......goodnight

    not ? too low as the price? It seems to me that you have to unmount the distribution.. however, I have uploaded the file ori and the problem doesn't it ? + presented to the customer should be good to go

    Well I took a lot of that stuff from the south and paying it on and off 1/3 of what I pay here.
