    Have to enter the serial number in the VCI..... if I'm not mistaken, somewhere on the forum there was a program that allowed you to delete the serial number from the VCI and re-entering a new one in your case delete the old serial number and re-enter the serial number !Of course, the serial number that you enter must be equal to the one you used during the installation of the software on the pc !
