Gallo V53 First reading failed

I managed to install the soft, in fact it opens and works fine,

A piece of advice that I can give ? to try on the other car with a different ecu, alfa, fiat etc. see a p? if it works for you............You should probably change or replace some resistance to the card, or the quartz that gives you the problems, and for this, it goes in error not allowing you to communicate with the line k-line or can the ecu anyway, try to uninstall everything and install the tool on another pc, but I doubt that this is the problem hello let me know
