You do not really understand something until you can explain it to your grandmother (Einstein)
on the contrary, you have to be happy when they also were in the cyrillic alphabet, ****** the translator next to it and go!!
I wanted to ask you a thing: but for every version of the hw and sw of a file, c'? a damos specific? Or, ce n'? a generic one that goes well on that type of ecu?
For example: Bosch Med9.1... can you? use a damos unique for any file Med9.1 you open, or every version of hw and sw has the damos associated with it? Thanks.
Ok, thanks. It's all clear.
Hello all, I came too in this discussion after various peripezzie running Winols on Win 7 x64.
Not to let it be lost in this discussion seems very interesting, I would like you to see if you are on the right track with regard to the use of the Damos on a file (which it seems to me that this is what you were trying to do in the previous post).
Taking the example of the classic Damos that are on the network, I have taken into consideration that of the 147 1.9 JTD 455_089. Opening the folder inside is the file ori, which is a file ".DAM" file "FILE"
Taking the file ".HEX" and pulling in winols, it loads the map. At this point, pulling always in winols files ".DAM" appears in the import window of the damos. By clicking next, you then come to the window where you can? filter the various maps or addresses (for example, to exclude maps that contain only singioli-bit), etc...).
Once you have selected from the list, and filtered, and the maps that we want to see what we would get this kind of thing, where with the help of the damos you have the values directly on the map:
Screen 1.jpg
Screen 1.zip
If this ? what you are attempting to arrive in the post precendeti, I hope I was of help. I remember that it probably only works with the file ".HEX" dedicated to the damos.
Matthew
I would add one thing (relative to that damos specific that you said)
at the time of import of the file .HEX selection "intel-hex" as the file type (not the classic binary) and the question of whether to import it in different areas to say no.. cos? create a single block, and will ask? the size, 1MB (1024 bytes) for that file ? the correct size.
Only cos? I am able to do so correctly see, otherwise I would jump 3/4 of the maps...
Anyway back to the damos I have a customer that updated them he
Well, for? not pnso that you wish to share.![]()
