    You'll probably ? missed a limiter of fuel f(T_water), if I remember correctly, 8x1, but don't expect to go much further, this motor is provided with injectors very small...
    I agree if you don't unlock everything does not open completely the diesel ori should inject about 50 exceeded 68 starts to smoke if you do not raise the pressure.

    Will update on the last test:

    - editing a map 7BC22 has not resulted in any increase in the IQ;
    - changing the map 7BC5E has allowed me to inject between 70 and 75 mm^3 in the range of 2100 and 2400 rpm. Above 2400 rpm the IQ ? always been less than 70 mm^3.

    It would seem that the block of IQ was imposed by the map 7BC5E.

    The values "air Mass measured" and "air Mass, objective," are measured from the MAP or MAF?
    I tried to unplug the MAF and the values in the diagnosis of "air Mass measured" and "Mass air objective" vary the same way in which the plug was connected. There? what changes ? only the temperature reading of that goes to 40?C (=> Air Temperature IN/C = 4,75 Volts) and the "Mass Air/C" goes from 2.1 Volts to 0 Volts, finally, the opening of the EGR valve goes to 1% (always with the MAF disconnected), and the state ? "Not Active".

    Then, the MAF only provides the reference temperature (in tension) and air mass (in tension)?
    Disable the MAF from the map, what would that mean in terms of the values and errors in diagnosis?

    We accept suggestions and guesses what? as soon as I can do the test

    Although it is a ecu very old it seems more? difficult than expected
    The TDI have problems starting hot

    May I know the hardware and software of the ecu?

    The maf to 100%- The map measure only the pressure turbo

    right, I would add that the goal ? the map, which usually paves the max value to close the egr!!

    I can't download your file, but on my EDC15C7 the limiter of diesel fuel as a function of temperature limits for sure!
    The maf may cheat you, until that value reaches the limiter smoke?

    On my lifting limiter flue gas F Temperature, torque limiter, extending the limiter flue gas up to 1400 mg/sec of air, and reviewed the maps of the times and the pedal in the diagnosis arrive safely to 90 mm (on a 1.9 jtd 8v 115), are then dropped why? not having a turbo, plus I don't have enough air to burn all over, especially at high rpm, but once you have removed those limits, the diesel gets to the rivers

    On the objective map I confirm that if the esplanade, you read from the diagnosis the constant value 1200 mg/i.
    For? by unplugging the mass air flow sensor, the diagnosis read:

    - Air mass measured: continues to vary in the same way that the mass air flow sensor ? connected;
    - read temperature goes to 40?C;
    - Temperature Air TO a/C = A 4.75 Volts;
    - Mass Air/C goes to 0 Volts;
    - the opening of the EGR valve goes to 1% (always with the MAF unplugged)
    - State EGR: "idle".

    From there? I think I assumed that these ecu the mass of air measured in [mg/i] is measured from the MAP. What do you think?
