I have replaced the capacitors as shown in the picture of the mod, but not the two integrated that you seem to be regulators (MC34036). Now, by measuring the voltage, for example, on the heads of the integrated HEF40106BT (vdd pin and vss pin), appears to be 8,99 Volts. And right then, this voltage is, or should be 12Volt??![]()
