eliminazioen egr on edc16c34

Hello all,

should I disable a egr valve on a Citroen Berlingo 1600 HDI 75hp.
For deactivation, there should be no major problems. It is a edc16c34 and if I'm not mistaken, just clear the two cakes in double.I put in the annex for those who want to give us a look.
I have read somewhere that on these ecu's in particular, you run the risk of scodifica injectors and have error codes of type "failure of pollution control" even if the deactivation ? well done.
Is the news true or can I moddare and write quietly on the file, as was done with other edc16c?
