Then, this morning I did :
Exchange Mosfet and fuse --> Lights, but with anomalies (system power, airbag, power steering, etc... )
Change the EEPROM 93c56 with the original one------> continued anomalies
Campio Integrated 2843B --> continued anomalies as above
Change the 12 resistors --> Lights up, blinks, fry something (PANIC) detach the connector grey
Redo the welds at 12 resistors --> Fry and SMOKE !!!! Pi? PANIC detach the connector
Heating for a few seconds with a hair dryer hot air --> Fry and SMOKE !!!! Pi? PANIC still detach the connector
Now I don't know pi? what else to do, please help me!!!

As you said, check the capacitors. Maybe someone ? in short.
Anyway, I understand very well. I am in your same situation with the Ecu of opel to 1.7. I have 5 on the bench, but none that I can make it work.
