rianimo the discussion as I have a 320d e91 163cv with the same error 4b90 , the car tries to start but does not start. I have to say:
- that the car wouldn't start (due to tampering ews) and have checked the pump and injectors are ok
- tampering ews resolved
- I noticed that when I put the picture I don't feel the pump low pressure, however, if I give him the command in the diagnosis feels
- start-up the pressure reaches about 150bar

The pump pre-power supply must provide approximately 4 bar, both in the start-up phase that is in motion. if it doesn't work well the pump low pressure that high is impaired.
