    Bmw 320 d

    Bmw 320d 110 kw of 2002, after many many tests, I affirm with confidence that the regulator DRV place on the rail remains open when you release the pressure and the car is not v? in motion,the unit will come out the 12 volts of command, but in diagnosis when you v? in the starter remains planted to the 5% not allowing to load more than the 60 bar...connecting my simulator, the system arrives safely to 800 bar..according to me ? a problem with the ecu..you have other tips..thanks

    if the imianto works well,or change the regulator and see if it is in motion,or at this point search, the engine ecu the write up of the original ecu and see if the car goes or not

    the command of the drw and pwm have you checked with the oscilloscope . try another one before I put the hands to the centrtale

    rianimo this discussion, bmw 118, before the firewall. regulator drv, the mechanic disassembles all the injectors thinking they were the ones, before at least the machine was for a while in the bike, replaced all the injectors, the car will not turn over it turns on for a second and immediately turns off, tried to plug the drain of the drv, but the valve ? literally exploded, putting a new valve the error goes away but continues to lose a lot of fuel from the outlet of the valve drv, control voltage of the valve 8v power on 5v, but the voltage equivalebnte since and managed in pwm. p?remetto that the above machine ? been replaced the body computer because they had attached the booster to the reverse and burned iunn bit of stuff but the engine seems to communicate perfettaente

    I would start from the tank, have you measured the fuel pressure at the pump output pressure and low pressure? if the pressure or the flow rate of the fuel are not sufficient, the control unit implements a strategy to DRV closing and reducing the flow of diesel fuel on the return, to the contrary, if the pressure is too high or pi? high normal or to a return line is blocked, or excessive rejection of the injectors, etc.. the ecu tends to open the DRV to drain off the fuel in excess..
