    surely not ? a prob of those limiters... you need to increase the flow of fuel to have more? a couple.

    Sorry for the ignorance... but the maps couple 1,2,3,4,5 gear, are not used only in the version with the automatic transmission? the cio? how does the machine recognize the gear is engaged, if the manual transmission, there is a sensor that detects the gear?

    in edc16c39 with manual transmission, is used only of the torque limiter and the various maps of the required torque (pedal) or am I wrong?

    absolutely no,these are torque limiters for single gear,many of them have known thanks to the titanium that brings them back, but many of them already knew a few years ago type on the 1.9 mjet 140cv edc16c8, etc.

    ok, there are these maps that limit the torque to the second gear is engaged, but what I don't understand ? as the ecu face to know which map to apply if you are not pu? know the gear!?

    Then the ecu depending on rpm and speed? is obtained to ****llo "theoretical" what gear "should" be inserted at that time.
