Hello Danny, this obd ecu even if you select a table or the entire always a file of 2.5 Mb you have, I doubt that the files from the 2 mega you were able to read it by obd is usually seen that the sw ir? the town does not recognize the file, you cut it to 2 mega, is recognized and you can work it, of course, you need to re-reverse procedure to be able to rewrite the file is 2.5 Mb.
