    Soldering

    Hi all,I want to open this new thread where we can share our experience in soldering*****incio I with a (pasta)for solder that I use and I am very satisfied with it. It is a mixture of ammonium Chloride (NH4Cl) and glycerin.Are the 2 products that you can find in any pharmacy .You mix + - 5/1 part 5 part glycerin, 1 part ammonium Chloride.Is used to clean the surfaces that is finished and in the same time lowers the temperature for soldering.

    I cleaning using trichloroethylene. With regard to the flux, use a cream of AMTECH, excellent. Much has also of good quality? of the welder.

    I, however, after cleaning with trichloroethylene do not use anything why? first of all it annoys me to use all the ste of crap,then I prefer to buy one pond in particular that ? the treaty and has no need of dough to settle and so will not leave you even residues.........if then we talk about soldering and hot air for the mcu, I use the flux for the flash depends on the cases if I can avoid it depends on the components that are located around the flash

    I'm talking about in the product diy and I am sure that no one on the forum has ever used, therefore, a need to try to credere.Lo made use you to my friends and now when the end will come to me to ask for it.

    There capit? after you have done welding, you can not pi? cliffs the pond? Happens to me often, it becomes opaque, and I find it hard to do so riscogliere.

    I use the flux stagnosald, then I have a nice stock pond, the old-style lead-acid (40/60) which, unfortunately, I do not sell more? because of the new products Lead-Free!!! The problem of the paste type my ? if putacaso the heat in the wrong place this Friday at the risk of making something out of it!!!
