    Opinion The Map Croma

    Hello Masters, a friend has modified the file of my car excluding egr+dfp, and modifying the map.
    I have not yet written to the ecu why? I am waiting for the pipe to replace the DPF and I would like your opinion about it.

    I have to say that I still do not understand a tube map therefore? I kindly ask you to be explicit and simple in their opinions, avoiding technicalities.
    I want to know if it goes well, though ? done properly and if it is actually the drive to get better? in reliability, performance and consumption.

    what can I say... try it...sure the difference you'll feel it..but ? been made confusing to interpret some pararmetri...

    apart from the egr,rail pressure and rail pressure limiter for me it's all redo it,I would add that before touching maps strange you should figure out how to work the traditional ones, and to know how to change.

    let's say that lately I'm noticing the motto " the more you touch the better ?"!!!
    not ? so, if you want to map by touching only the limiters of diesel goes very well, but you have to know where everything is, otherwise if it touches only 2 no avail.. same thing for the pedal, and the torque and its conversion..if the maximum amount that you would like to get to 450 nm (hypothetical) and then I change the conversion to inject more than 100mm3 when the max reaches 90mm3 about ? something totally meaningless and useless.
    leaving out the rest... I've seen worse around...
    Ps: 2.5 degrees of advance are a bit too many for the diesel given..

    Unfortunately, as I write above, I do not understand anything of the maps it has made me a friend assuring me a good job: how about I jump the car if I put it?

    to jump, do not jump.. the only thing that's worrying that stoop are the advances...
    Although I can assure you that if you start to turn on the forum you will find so much beautiful material, and you'll have to do a better job.

    I gave a look at the map,I have to say that to break do not break,which advances as it says in chris56 are a little high for the quantity of the diesel,but what's really shocking ? the give diesel from one side and then give him a nice clean cut in the shot at the top with the maps fumes made that way............and how to give it during a lowering of the sugar, the sugar in the water and then make him a nice dose of insulin mha

    At this point I know that ? better not to put it right. I still do not understand one thing: taking the original what are the parameters to change for a good map? Let me explain that you can't? copy a well made map and go to modify only those parameters. I apologize if I am unclear, but I still have a lot of mess.
    Chris can you indicate which the post search, for example? but at least fap and egr has excluded?
