Hello; today I solved it; I can confirm that the Samsung Galaxy Ace with Android 2.3.6, has a bug in the bluetooth stack; type devices serial SPP (ELM327 bluetooth) are not associated with.

I found an application you can install that bypasses this problem, it is called the "BLuetooth Class Zero"; I have installed, I have paired the device and now torque connects.
