    For the experience, and already tested on various cars you only have the electronic exclusion with the cleaning of the egr, nn serving closing physical because nn no problem, this insured and tested. (To be noted, however, that the Egr is working)

    Hello Antonio, I don't have the total certainty that it functions electrically, after the fault is cleared from the diagnosis, to the second and third use the car, turn on the anomaly, returning to check the error message says "egr valve locked closed", the mechanics is perfectly clean, and by pressing the mechanism with your finger, it seems to me normal....it will have lost strength the electric motor!? As soon as I way I remove the text from the diagnosis.

    when you have time, you should see if it actually if everything works, otherwise the light will turn on always notify you of the anomaly of the egr, and them or replace or otherwise close all given that the mechanism does not function, and delete the reporting of the error from the ecu

    I think at this point is better to close everything and delete the error from the ecu...you can always do from the ECM?

    Hello errecinque, I have removed the fap and uploaded the modified map as suggested. Everything is ok....the machine goes that this is a pleasure.
    Some time ago I closed the egr only mechanically with the plate, and I have walked many miles with the light on....since a few weeks the light turns this off....strange...I cracked the plate?
    I don't think perchĕ on the 147 I have a sheet perforated by 6 mm and the light remains on. Do you have any idea?

    If you have the management egr excluded in the map it is normal to be turned off the light.

    If you're able to do the switch off you can safely disable the egr. There are plenty of examples on the forum for this ecu
