Problem Golf 6 2.0 TDI

Hello to all, The car turns on, runs perfectly at idle, it moves into the plains without accelerating. In the moment in which they exceed the 1300-1400 rpm the engine will shut down abruptly with the lights of the glow plugs and the engine turned on. Error P0203, malfunction injector circuit No. 3. This happened after the cover of the ECU EDC17CP14) has been opened for reading in boot mode. I suspect that a small component on the opposite side of the pcb is blown away during the opening. If someone has an ecu the same open can check, I am attaching a photo of where I think something is missing. Thanks for any kind of help

What a disappointment...

If you are the extractors that I think, that the sort of punches that screw on the ecu and then pull it on, would not have helped in my case. There was so much silicone that lifting the lid is stuck and it's coming on along the tab.When I noticed it was about 3-5mm in the corner, and I detached. That was the only problem during the whole operation. The two screwdrivers were well away from the circuit always.I don't know what to think..I can't find a diagram or photo (best) of both sides x check if there are all the components. I tried to solder a resistor 220 ohm and then a capacitor of 100 nF where I suspected the lack of it, but it did not work. In one case the engine was not to be even more in motion.

I don't understand if your disappointment comes from our request to see the awesome gear, or see the above, personally I had seen those you invite in a video of a firm sicilian, others call them tools for the control units is imaginative, because it is a hair dryer from the body shop, and a "common" lever, which is used in many works, however, thanks.

why so much sarcasm? the damage is done working can happen to all of us, and the inexperience of much help, I personally use 3 screwdrivers and a craft knife to open them and they work very well, the problem, and work with calm and security, and to do it well, I made a template of where to fixed the ecu, and then fixed to the bench in a vice, so I work with two hands freely, and only the one who does nothing is never wrong, perhaps.

Eee is disappointed by this request ... for me that I have them from two to three years, sti extractors with a phonda helping me with the handle proper, I put 30 seconds
For me who is still working with the schedule to solder BDM jDAG and the Boot and not the Template, and schedule or Pinzino spring

I agree with you in part.. Experience should be made for it, but heck not bad, not bad was the ecu and not a customer..

But I don't have a EDC17CP14 under hand and I miss the sventro by both sides, needlessly, and open it from the top side and really risky ..

I agree, pull it out all for no reason is what not to do. I have disassembled oer search for the fault, if not with the whistle that the apart across. However, I want to clarify that I never touched the car-none in addition to mine.
