    Doblò 1.9 d 2001

    Hi guys, I have an error on this doblò that says "check position of rotor P0252".
    The machine is off (cold and hot) and was not able to withstand the minimum.
    I changed the high pressure pump, now the car starts well and holds the minimum.
    The only thing that sometimes the beginning is the light engine and the glow plugs turned on and the car does not accelerate.
    If I turn off the car and put it into motion, accelerating the defect disappears. Could someone help me?

    The high pressure pump on the' doblò 1900 diesel I do not know.system bosch or Luke?

    hello marcuc but the error and it disappeared after replacing the pump?....the pump and used and reviewed?
    I would not that you were making some bad joke the new pump ap.
    If you have a light on you should have a DTC theoretically.

    I rivedrei the pump....I doubt that it is funzioando to duty.
    I know chee's stupid to ask but sometimes do not think of it.
    have you deleted all the DTC's and see which one reoccurs?
    To experience never give confidence to the first DTC that I read....the gate and look who riprensenti the problem because you don't know what the new or old....very often it happens that some mechanics do work on the car and "forget" to erase the DTC that remains stored even if the problem is resolved.
    Wait and hear someone else.

    I agree.....the pump and faulty, usually when you buy used spare parts of this type and always better to,in your case,test the pump by a pompista.

    clear all DTCS and monitors with a flight recorder, if you have....if you turn on the lights there must also be a DTC.

    if you read around ugoboss and one of the most experienced that you will find....from the straight line.

    hi guys, thanks for having immediately responded to my request. However, it is the system lucas and the pump I fitted is revised. the dtc I have them deleted before you start to change the pump and is re-presented to the first set in motion with the pump overhauled. Now, the machine is walking and not resentato the error.
    She only shows it by putting it in the bike without accelerla. the code dtc is what I wrote above

    Check very carefully the phase of the pump..
    On the pratola serra aspirated with pump Lucas happens that even with the references all lined up when you draw the belt "you steal the half a tooth" on the timing(2-3 degrees and it is not a little) better make sure with the proper equipment..
    If the timing is OK check the sensor on the needle in the injector with the wire off the plug and check the continuity in ohms of the sensor..
    If you don't have any value, you need to mount a new injector with sensor...

    You have locked the pump with the bulloncini but the crankshaft and camshaft were free to move..
    Put precise the references of trees you'll see that bon can you more to put the bulloncini phase/block..
