Hi guys today I did a bit of clearing in the v6 to get to the actuator of the swirl, the rods move both in the brancata of left and right higher revs at first sight it seems to work well .... I have noticed that it has started to do a little sort of pop off at the time of release and you hear a loud noise from the filter housing after regurgitation of a sink type, the ones that makes the variable geometry when it is open 😏 the actuator works what do you think ?? Recheck the sleeves
Thanks in advance
The sleeves and the tubes, check if the starter motor is ok
The motor that action.the butterflies at this point seems to functions ...
good seraaaaaaaaaaaaaaa new features on this jeep ... ?![]()
Good evening to all sorry for the delay... I removed the intake manifolds is the mechanism of the butterfly works well one was bent but I don't think I can depend on that, however, we have permanently removed for disassembling the turbo to get to the manifolds, I noticed a strange metallic sound as if there was a bead on the inside of the turbo from the exhaust and inside I found a piece of iron coming from the exhaust manifold almost at the entrance of the turbo, the exhaust manifold has a bushing welded to it is broken and is finished in the turbine has not done a lot of damage to the impeller is slightly ruined in the end part... But still do not know what can depend on the draws from😏 I will keep you updated if there are ideas I'm all ears💪
Usually when they do so the ECU automatic transmission allinyerno of the same and went...and happened the same on a ml320 CDI...if the replace then you have to reconfigure with the star diagnosis
Many thanks for the info....the doubt I had come, but not finding anything in diagnosis in the ecu of the gearbox I had excluded from the possibility
