    Blocks and various defects in reading and writing Subaru

    Hi to all,

    A guy would like to make a mapping at its FIFTEENTH version bi.
    Currently, however, I've only read and written a impreza 2008 diesel
    from serial without any problem.

    My question is this: The Subaru XV (Petrol/LPG), I think it is a 2011 then the first version,
    you can read from the serial or often crashes? you have to make special procedures, for example, Voltage
    of the battery above an X value?

    Consider that I use a Kess V2 Clone.

    I don't know x for sure ... but I think that in the serial risks.

    On what basis are you evaluating?
    Since all of the ECU where my kess v2 (clone) has written that does the serial port (OBD) has been done, also the ecu that normally the users on the forum to lock up es: EDC16C35 even if these ecu pseudo-lockable, I had to take care because in reality the would have really blocked, but then recovered safely, and written without "lock"

    I made this short introduction, only because it has not so many cars and not having a insurance for damage, can't risk compromising the ECU. Then I try people who have more experience than me.

    To be noted that the kess is a good tool.. I prefer to make backup copies of everything. And then, perhaps, awaits those who more expert
