Golf 6 1.6 TDI 105hp and EGR off

the other day, I got a golf 1.6 tdi with egr route, error p0408 and drive recovery
then I ruled out the valve and having banged the head are also able to eliminate the error, but the lamp of the exhaust gas is still burning, even if the diagnosis is not marked anything
now I returned again in recovery and error p0407, even if sporadically
could someone help me to completely delete the dtc for the egr?
in annex I the relevant damos, even if it is not complete

address 182056 there are three consecutive bits
the first is described in damos as the limit for the riconoiscimento errors, the egr, but I've already tried to modify it without success
the second is the maximum voltage of the egr over the which marks the error, and the third is that minimum
with these last two I was able to eliminate the error p0408

then, to the addresses 182C5A and 182C5E there are two bits that, according to the damos would serve to inhibit the recognition of the open circuit of the egr, but editing them, I have not concluded anything

finally, to address 1CF028 there are curves to exclude the opening of the valve

any suggestions?

Hi Exelion, I've seen some files for pcr2.1 of the dtc reset and I have tried to reset the p0408 and p0407 in the same way in your file named "golf egr dtc off", if you want to do a test, do you know if it works or not, for the recovery I don't know if you delete it or not.

the error p0408, I already deleted the bit on the other post
however I managed to get your hands on a file that is probably processed with some software, due to the quantity of bits off
I checked with the damos that all of the changes relate to the egr and then I did a good 30 to 40 km without the actuator without any problem
unfortunately I have not had the time to try to understand what deactivation of fact lead to the elimination of errors, however this file seems to work

go quiet, no problem, the ecu is located under the wiper, and the egr is easy to remove 6 cakes in a row.... if you have problems place a screen shot...

I fixed this message by deleting erroriamente the damos posted by you possibly if you like, you could riallegarlo maybe to someone is useful.
