    urgent!problem 500 mjt cold smokes and goes to 3

    Hi guys let me explain in short what happened,I have in the workshop a 500 mjt 95 hp cold smoke at the exhaust and pinch to 3 cylinders,is not just running on 3 cylinders but not on 4...the customer can give information about the birth defect nor gives clear explanations on the operations previously performed on the vehicle, but apparently (maybe) it all happened after cleaning the egr made with the spray special...have already been checked and replaced from the pompista the injectors and checked all the fuel system except then this thing collapse, half the machine and I remove the cylinder head,known more than a valve that does not have a great closing and satisfied with what port to adjust, the cylinder head valves and valve seats,grinding confirmation of the damage to seats and valves, and then proceed.reassemble the machine and bam,the one and the same defect.Talking earlier with a friend pompista(not the one that has made the control of the injectors) I have to say, had to do with a car like that trying to regenerate the dpf is "ingolfava" by a similar problem.The car in the diagnosis, however, gives no errors, the status of clogging is not less than 65% of the rigenerazaione is not active, the parameters, and acoustically it does not seem to want to regenerate.The control unit is a 8df, if I'm not mistaken is still a mjt 2 series.thanks to all

    watch fix the injectors and you realize the cylinder is charged with postresti have a tappet excessively charge that holds open the valve with the fix the injector and test the compression both hot and cold you have a road to follow

    hello all,quoto colleagues test the compression hot and cold and fix the injectors from cold up to warm temperature to see how it behaves,if you disassemble the head, check for piston pin the piston,and squaring connecting rod.

    For ugoboss:
    The smoke is neither white nor black,it is not the classic white injectors are off by as much, but even black from diesel oil in excess.
    Then the injectors were already controlled by the pompista of the customer and good results,tried the other 4 injectors for safety but nothing.
    To all:
    The cylinder head has already been disassembled and had problems with some valves and valve seats,checked the pistons and cylinders, replace piston rings,everything else was ok.the setting in motion still smoke and zoppicamento of the engine,noting a differential pressure value is high to a minimum I decided to do a forced regeneration resulting in the disappearance of the smoke from the exhaust.then remains the problem of the zoppicamento 3 cylinder.Monday I will test the compression even if the head was rebuilt completely and the bands as well,at this point I hope in a glass jammed.will update as soon as I come out of it to ****.thanks to all

    only change the piston rings is not a intrvento that door "benefit"in some cases it exacerbates the problem

    there are several tests to be carried out, in the meantime I would look at also how much is the pressure of the rail, but if you smoke and the injectors are new as I have already said, check the compressions
