Hi guys let me explain in short what happened,I have in the workshop a 500 mjt 95 hp cold smoke at the exhaust and pinch to 3 cylinders,is not just running on 3 cylinders but not on 4...the customer can give information about the birth defect nor gives clear explanations on the operations previously performed on the vehicle, but apparently (maybe) it all happened after cleaning the egr made with the spray special...have already been checked and replaced from the pompista the injectors and checked all the fuel system except then this thing collapse, half the machine and I remove the cylinder head,known more than a valve that does not have a great closing and satisfied with what port to adjust, the cylinder head valves and valve seats,grinding confirmation of the damage to seats and valves, and then proceed.reassemble the machine and bam,the one and the same defect.Talking earlier with a friend pompista(not the one that has made the control of the injectors) I have to say, had to do with a car like that trying to regenerate the dpf is "ingolfava" by a similar problem.The car in the diagnosis, however, gives no errors, the status of clogging is not less than 65% of the rigenerazaione is not active, the parameters, and acoustically it does not seem to want to regenerate.The control unit is a 8df, if I'm not mistaken is still a mjt 2 series.thanks to all
