Fiat 500 error voltage too low

Then I tried with both files ( the one of obd75 I had to cut it because? too long) but I always have the error "low voltage" or "voltage out of range", the problem ? born after the drive ? was without the battery probably ? been back on the road with the cables or booster, at this point I believe it is a hardware problem in the airbag control unit....
