If you are never wrong means you're not solving a really difficult problem. This is a serious mistake
The fans are managed by the module fuses in the front... even if it might be a problem of sensors, both AC and engine temperature.
I unplugged the coolant sensor and it does the same I try to change the fan module that is mounted near the fan itself . no one, and never happened?
if with the ac off the fans should be the same no ? a problem of ac.if not, then I would check the values in the diagram and see which sensor value is incorrect.
I would do this first, then the substitution of other components.
