Delete speed Limiter on EDC16 Group Wv

then it is found in the e2p to the limiter...
you have to read in bdm, and then try the limiter manually in e2p and exclude it...
on some you can bypass the limiter by the diagnostic socket using the cable for vag but the procedure is rather complex, however,...
then you'll want to remove the ecu and do the job stated above...

it is in the e2prom, and I remember reading it in bdm with cmd it gave you the chance to change it with that.
