Lightbulb Read the obd on the bench

Good evening to all...according to you it is possible to take readings from the obd on the bench? So as not to remove the ecu, and proceed only from the external connectors ...I tried to follow the diagram that there is in the folder pinout of the galleto thinking that was the one, however, shows the power and only a wire for the k line but should not be two? I'm talking about a magneti marelli nevertheless, 6f3 ...I have to say that the same controller I tried under the car, and I've read and written from the obd so my tool is working...I have this need because often work only with the ecu that they bring me customers and I have no possibility to work on the car...
