Citroen C3 part: BSI oxidized

Hello all,
not ? the first time that I have the following problem , but this time I'm having a hard time...
Citroen C3 1.1 petrol, the car is not starting and remain the headlights on all the time...
I immediately had a look at the BSI and in fact I found oxidation to a plug.
I thought ( like all the other times ) to change the BSI transferring the data of the 95160 or making virgin Bsi...and here the question... but how many types of BSI are there?!?!
The one is the ignition is switched on, the other does not hear the pump , another remain the lights on...so a chain of BSI are all different...with no the car is in motion...
Given that the BSI should be changed... I have to investigate elsewhere? it seems really weird that the car will not part with no BSI...
Transferring data, or you can make virgin the BSI must be encoded with the diagnosis to put in motion the car?
should not go by transferring the data directly to the content in 95160?

hi when you have transferred the data from the eeprom in another bsi what kind of errors it gave you? ? strange why? if the hardwere ? the same as your own by copying the data should start

today I tried both with Lexia that with Peugeot Planet 2000...
I was able to write the number of the frame in the BSI, but does not accept the programming of the key...
Of the 4 BSI try with the picture turned off the light when you turned the key...
