    Red face Problem DPF alfa 159 150 hp

    Hi to all
    I am new to the forum and wanted to ask you for advice on my alfa 159.
    I would like to defappare my panterona and along with this I wanted to also remove the pre-catalyst immediately after the turbine.
    ? true that the turbine it benefits of this change??
    It is good to be a catalyst sporty type magnaflow in place of the dpf??
    Rightly then also be made at the ecu mapping...
    I look forward to your advice and first hand experience...

    Hello watch and I personally on my 147 1.9 jtdm ex120cv I open all the drain. Removed prekat , kat and fap that are a single block, and replaced with a downpipe and straight tube for kat\fap finally I put a duplex on the final after which? I mapped the camera to the tour has made over 170cv without a thread of smoke. Now the machine ? mapped from about 70,000 km and I have never had any problem.

    Remove the prekat lowers the temp in the output from the turbine and makes them just that good.

    I read of problems with lack of back pressure having the hose ******...? true??
    You might run into out laps of the turbine??

    Let's say that with the tube ****** the contropressiona cala ? true? I have never had problems pressure, uncontrolled pressure gauge ? always quite stable on the operating pressure.

    I have a peak slightly more? but then, when the adjustment of the geometry works, the pressure stabilizes to that controlled by the ecu.

    But your 159 euro 4? if you open all of the exhaust will smell like tractors ... or better euro 0.. na amazing stuff! it is always better if you put the cat sports 200 cell.. I'm working on this edit.. is that I already have the tube luca stanca, and then I have to cut it to fit the cat type magnaflow

    If the customer has no problems to spend I recommend the 200 cells, to avoid peaks too high at the turbo,the pipe with the housing for the sensor of the dpf. I make several of these.
