    Soldering

    Hi all,I want to open this new thread where we can share our experience in soldering*****incio I with a (pasta)for solder that I use and I am very satisfied with it. It is a mixture of ammonium Chloride (NH4Cl) and glycerin.Are the 2 products that you can find in any pharmacy .You mix + - 5/1 part 5 part glycerin, 1 part ammonium Chloride.Is used to clean the surfaces that is finished and in the same time lowers the temperature for soldering.

    I cleaning using trichloroethylene. With regard to the flux, use a cream of AMTECH, excellent. Much has also of good quality? of the welder.

    I, however, after cleaning with trichloroethylene do not use anything why? first of all it annoys me to use all the ste of crap,then I prefer to buy one pond in particular that ? the treaty and has no need of dough to settle and so will not leave you even residues.........if then we talk about soldering and hot air for the mcu, I use the flux for the flash depends on the cases if I can avoid it depends on the components that are located around the flash

    and as far as the flux...... use a liquid flux that leaves no residue..... the pasta that I felt dirty.... and important tin of good quality

    do I need to replace a ecu marelli mjt the flash, that error while opening are skipped two legs.... having nothing to lose, I would like to replace it, I have a hot air station, I ordered the flash M58BW016DB80T3F , as it comes , being the first time that balance a flash of the genre, what are your tips on how to perform the weld and the products to use (flux, pasta, etc...)...

    contains dicloropropano and is called Trielax, the smell ? similar , I also use it to dissolve the para and it goes very well, it does in the same way as the old grease stain remover...then they are equal
