    turbine vgt on Gpunto 1.3 70cv

    hi everyone, I wanted to ask you an opinion on the fact of mounting a vgt on a vehicle born with turbine traditional
    the vgt I wanted to run it through the same pressure generated from the nut of the compression and preload the polmoncino of the valve to make it work only after a certain pressure in order to simulate a sort of electronic control
    with this change, st? trying to eliminate that vacuum at low revs of the 70cv not ? the present about 90

    I don't really understand how you want to manage the vgt...
    but usually you use a normal wastegate control pressure of those who work on turbochargers traditional to manage the geometry and consequently the press turbo.....I would recommend the WG of excellent invoice, type the forge...? there are cons to the use of this wg is one of the most annoying and at high engine speeds and especially at the time of release from these there are not enough press in the circuit to open the vgt enough creer? a strong counter pressure at the discharge of a potentially dangerous one, especially for the exhaust valves....the second drawback then ? in the case of the rupture of a pipe of the turbocharger system as there is no pressure to drive the WG this terr? always lealette closed, the turbo resulting in destructive overspeed of the turbine even if it is not providing pressure......
    this ? one of the reasons that have led the manufacturers to adopt the wg that work in the "depression" by using the vacuum generated by the vacuum pump brake booster....

    I intended to use the polmoncino of the wg the original and mount it in place of the polmoncino the vgt mounted on the 90hp working with depression, in order to have maximum pressure at low rpm, and after various tests I've seen that I can move the polmoncino gi? at 1.00 bar pressure and begin to bring down the force of the wgt, in this way I hope to be able to keep the pressure constant even with the increase in the volume of the exhaust gas
    for the problem of leakage of pressure from the hoses or the other, I thought to strengthen the entire system with a spending quite minimal by using high-pressure pipes similar to those used in hydraulic systems.

    if I understand well, you want to use the wg of the turbine to a fixed 1.3 mjt 70cv on a vgt turbine of the 90hp..right??
    if ? cos? you can? do safely.....the only drawback that you may have installing a wg golds of the 70cv on the vgt of the 90hp and that you will not have a turbo pressure linear..but you may have low gears a press usually more low than the required one, and with the higher gears a press that tends to rise beyond what is wanted...
    for this you consigliavo to mount a wg worthy to be called so......
    if you want another board mounts a nice gauge to keep an eye on the press turbo
    and if you want to make big things a thermocouple egt would be the top.....

    the fact ? that machine ? a friend and colleague, and I asked for a hand to work better, the machine to low, and even with a good map the problem remains then I thought of a vgt but it would still be low with the costs, you know c'? crisis

    for the wg ****** and your friend.....looking for stuff quality type the forge motorsport....and don't go to cineserie....

    Then ? really impossible to fill with a remapping of the vacuum under 2 thousand rounds of 70cv?

    quoto munro.. with a beautiful mappetta-made work of art! you can solve easily ..but you must know how to do well because you can put at the risk of the components of the engine if you overdo it without holding it in the account..
